CIBSE & BIID accredited CPD training

Stelrad is proud to offer FREE 1 hour CPD (Continuing Professional Development) seminars accredited by CIBSE (The Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers) and BIID (British Institute of Interior Designers).

Learn about the latest developments in radiators, with a CPD training session led by a fully qualified specialist from Stelrad. The one-hour training session counts towards your annual CPD requirements and can be arranged for you on a one-to-one or group basis at your practice, at a time to suit you either face-to-face or virtually online.

The CIBSE accredited courses are aimed at Architects, Consultants, Mechanical & Heating Engineers & Specifiers interested in HVAC, Building Design, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Plumbing & Pipework.

The BIID accredited course is aimed at Interior Designers, Architects, Specifiers, and design-led professionals working on residential or commercial projects.

TRAINING ACADEMY

Everyone has to think carefully about how they use their time, and installers or heating professionals are no exception when it comes to training. A day spent on a training course is a day they’re not earning, and at leading radiator manufacturer Stelrad, there’s a clear understanding of this. It’s why they’ve introduced a more flexible and highly practical way of delivering training – by taking the training directly to the installer.

The successful Stelrad Academy can be delivered at a merchant branch or office anywhere in the UK and Ireland. Led by Stelrad’s team of Area Managers, the Academy has primarily focused on builders’ merchant staff, equipping them with the knowledge they need to better support their customers – the installers purchasing Stelrad radiators from their local branches. Sessions can also be tailored specifically for installers who are new to the industry or who want deeper insight into a particular range or specialist application radiator.

The courses provide clear, practical guidance on what to look for when selecting radiators and how to install them correctly. Everyone who completes a Stelrad Academy session receives a certificate recognising the time they’ve invested in expanding their knowledge of radiators and installation best practice.
